And the Winner is …

Typically I dislike the practice of ranking people, films, musicians, and so forth.  Two notable exceptions that come to mind are, to begin with, the perverted glee I experience while watching the late season demise of a sports team I despise.  Another presented itself to me a couple of years ago when none other than Columbia professor Eric Foner published an article in the Washington Post, declaring the current Bush to be the worst President ever.
Probably the most glaring attribute for me that he pointed out, has disturbed me for quite some time.  The obscene audacity with which he abused the power of the Presidency has been, I sincerely hope, the dominant attribute that people will remember of his time in office.
